Well, seeing as Bioware's made a name for itself in PC RPG's because of their ability to tell a great story within their RPG's affected by your choices. It doesn't surprise me at all if this is the way they're going with The Old Republic MMO, as it is after all what Bioware do and do well!

No matter what they do this game is will never grow beyond a niche game. It's going to have real issues with sub number when people pick the more polished StarGate Worlds as their Sci Fi MMO IMHO. The first creation of Tabula Rasa before they scrapped it would of had more success I think.

The COX franchise is going nowhere put a down anyway as it's run its course. COX will not compete well with the two new next generation super hero MMO's heading our way anyway. Nobody in their right mind who enjoys the whole comic super hero thing pick COX over a DC comic MMO.
