Short answer: Yes
Long answer: Yeeeeeeeessssssssss
Only kidding.
They are still balancing classes so why worry about it. Play what sounds like fun and decide after you get your lvl 10 rr16 gear and see how it plays after that. If you can't find a group I'll roll with you.
To OP: So why didn't you preorder earlier then so you could get into the PW? Shocking! Simply shocking.
You should have registered for the beta a year and a half ago like I did and then not get in like I did.![]()
But I kid. You're probably better off not having been in the PW. It ended and I just kept wanting to play. I keep running the client hoping it will find a server. I keep trying to recruit people to play with as well.
There's only a couple of weeks to go so try to keep yourself busy and your mind off of it. (Should take my own advice.) Look forward to mowing you down soon.

I do. Nothing is wrong with the way renown is calculated for a healing class. If you don't have your head up your ass, you gain a lot of renown. This is with the assumption that your team also does not have their heads lodged up their asses. You need to be healing good players to shine as a healer, people that don't know what they are doing die pretty quickly even with heals.
My largest complaint, mostly from PW and not beta, is the lack of healer support. People like to yell at you for letting them die but will not help peel attackers off of you. Anyhow, this complaint will change once I am playing with people that I know, and who know how to play. PW was kind of a bust in some respects because nobody wanted to help anyone and that makes some aspects of the game seem bad when they aren't.
This pretty much sums it up. In the PW there was no sense of order or discipline. I played healers and non-healers and it quickly became apparent who had a clue and who didn't. It was still fun though and didn't bother me... too much.
Someone ahd found a post where they said how long the codes would work until the retail code needed to be entered but I don't where it is. If I find it I will edit and link it. I was surprised when I read it because it was shorter than I had expected. I believe the grace period was 4 days, until the 22nd. That should be plenty of time but you know something is going to happen and there will be people who don't recieve their copies in time.
You can't patch until your account has been activated which they probably won't do until the OB officially starts.
Which console would you like to see MMOs released for?
