Regardless of whether you think this game falls under the MMO category or not (which it does), there are no games to rival this one.
Huxley was the only chance by Microsoft to hurt Sony in the MMO space, and that game is seeming to go belly up. Even if it does launch, I have a feeling it won't be popular at all (based on the demographics of people that own 360's--young males who haven't experienced late 1990's and early 2000's Unreal Tournament style gaming, which is what Huxley's gameplay is alot like.)
Are there any games that can rival The Agency? If not, I think this will be the nail in the coffin in the "console war", marking Sony's victory.
SOE has always used flash player for their websites since SWG came out and you are the first person I have ever seen complain about this. I don't know why you are refusing to upgrade flashplayer anyway.
You aren't missing out on anything by being ignorant anyway.
