Oh, worry not, there are several more quests you can complete around these levels, these are just the most useful for new characters that I had in mind. To find quests it can be a little difficult, any random person can give a quest, so sometimes you just have to keep looking around.

Originally posted by ic0n67I am saddened by this as well ... my PUP is 75. It was painful and very disheartening. Fact of the matter is it is true. People don't like Puppetmaster. I got bitched at for hours by an ls mate because I wasn't coming to a testimonial farming as my whm when we needed a healer. The long and short of it ... PUP has Cure V, but i still had to listen to it for an hour before he'd give the idea a chance.
Perhaps someday I could use your imput on a Puppetmaster guide?

"Puppermaster (PUP) is considered useless by a lot of people standards, but that is because they don't give them a chance. If they are able to keep their skills up -- which they won't if they have to keep soloing -- and keep good gear they can be quite good. You will LFP on this job and never stop. Don't pick this job if you want quick parties. Find friends then bride your friends to party with you if you are interested in PUP."
I'm a little saddened by that because I'm actually leveling Puppetmaster at the moment (currently 67) and I've found it incredibly useful and alot of people impressed with the job once they've given it a chance. I just don't want to give the topic author the wrong idea here, alot of people have the idea that PUP is worthless and shouldn't be invited but it can be incredibly versatile and the combination of the damage from the automaton and the master can be sizable.
Sure, alot of people don't like PUP sadly, but it's not worthless at all, they're actually quite powerful and its a very very fun job to play.

As far as I can tell, yes, your friend should be able to gain EXP at the same rate you do.

I think the idea of the level syncing system is a good one, even if I have a few concerns like overcrowding of the good camps. But my biggest problem is the idea of boosting EXP from Easy Prey and Decent Challenges. No one's ever been expected to party on incredibly weak monsters so I don't see the point in increasing the EXP from those monsters.
I suppose it still matters how serious the boost will be and what it'll end up being in total. We'll have to wait until the 8th to see.
