• • AoC Correspondent: Relations with Funcom

  • Are you seriously thinking Funcom will not make just another spin around it?  Or maybe I should say - U will not make another spin on it.  

    Did you listen to the EE interview ?  ....   The game is PERFECT !!! 

    Last thing MMORPG.COM needs is a person claiming to have access to FC and then giving all sort of PR bull out about the game.  We know the status of it - we also know how poorly they are doing fixing the broken things.

    Most important - We all know this game is sinking to the 100k sub and 7.0 raiting.  Nothing will change that now.

  • AOC is the new game and FUncom is the new company that all will love to hate.  Or at least true MMORPG players will.  Cause lets face it.  AOC is EVERYTHING that MMO should not be about.  Its based on PR and adds and then NOTHING in the game is actually working.  I repeat  NOTHING !

    No - You wont get me saying DR is a bad game.  It does what it does really well.  For a free game that is.   Go play Diablo 2 now and you might see how picky ppl have become.

  • Let me get this right... We have a correspondent for AOC that gives information on what Funcom is doing ?  How can these forums be anything other than OFFICIAL forums 2 with such a mod.  Get ready for another ban wave.  Now on MMORPG.COM

    I wonder if Funcom contacted MMORPG.COM cause there was actually some open discussion going on on these forums about whats going on on official forums and in the game. 

    Pathetic really.

• • Spellweaving: Myth or Reality?

  • I used it for show off.  In terms of usefullness in PVE or PVP - its big fat zero.  Its another failed system that this game has to offer.  Absolutly no thinking put into it.

    Its not hard to make spellweaving into a game like AOC.  But when you fail at the first hirdle (having to stand still for 10-40 sec to do anything) then there isn't much hope.
