Really why are you arguing about the graphics guys? That can be solved really quick.
The real problem is the game engine, it looks like utter crap. I have no words to describe how awful it is. And fixing a game engine is not so quick as fixing the graphics. They were better off buying the U3 engine and modifying it for their own needs, or employing better programmers to code their own. Its unbelievable how crappy it is now.
