  • The group XP gain theory is that as a group you should be able to kill more mobs faster and with less down time so it should make sense to group up with others.

    That doesn't always happen and as a game ages and as people come and go the reasoning behind things gets lost or altered to match the current gamers ingame trends.

    One trend is twinking.  XP gains in instances were reduced so that players could gather rares and not level up over their BG window.  I seem to remember that we used to also get XP gains from BGs and honor killing too - I could be wrong tho - it's been a while.

    The topic itself is null due to the fact that declaredemer is not who he claims to be and was the only person supporting the ideas put foward in his original post.

    We all agree with each other and the only opposition is a troll's persona...

    This thread is a great example of trolling and flaming - it even has an asshat popping in a few times.

    The problem with this thread as a troll thread is that the author claims to be unaware that he is the textbook definition of a troll and so refuses to stop posting even after his identity deception has been uncovered.

    Lock this thread.

    You are a troll and your persona,  declaredemer, was a moron and ingrate.

    And because you are a troll you post threads under false pretenses.  So yes you are a liar too.  Or at the very least you are deceptive.

    declaredemer does not exist.  declaredemer is all smoke and mirrors.  declaredemer is not you.

    Why should a person on MMORPG.com continue to discuss anything with what amounts to a shadow or vapour?

  • A troll is a person who assumes a persona and makes threads based on that persona.  Their success is based on post counts in a thread.  The ideal troll makes a starting post and steps away.  You seem to inflate your thread post counts with your own bumps.

    declaredemer is not you and you admitted this when you said:

    "In real-life, I am appalled you did that."

    You are a troll.  You exposed yourself in your own thread.  You post under false pretenses.

    What kind of WWW has this become where trolls are exposed but still continue to post?

    STOP!  just STOP!  It's over - now follow the rules and stop posting under that username.
