So yes anyone who has spent $50 to buy and then $15 a month until today got taken for a ride, because the money you invested in the game went to a lost cause.

So 10 months later you are still here crying about your wasted $80 - time to move on.

As for basic research - reading any previews would have told you the game was aimed at casual players, no pvp, minimal crafting, no vehicles, small maps etc.

Reading a few forum posts from beta testers would have told you there was nothing to do at the end of the game.

As for the game sucking past 30 - thats your opinion which you are entitled to. I had fun - right upto 50 - but after that there was nothing to do.

    • I played a Warrior Priest to 21 - and though I wanted to be supportive - I have to say the role sucked. You dont have a group heal until 20. So from 1-19 it was all Hots, just spinning in circles throwing Hot's as fast as I can. I didnt have a single target heal that I could use to keep a player up if they were being pounded on.

I tried a Witch Hunter to 22 - lots of fun - but its kill one target and then die in the back lines.

So I swapped to a Swordmaster - currently at 20 and having fun. In a scenario I go straight for the healers (if no one else is) and whilst I cant kill them - whilst they are healing themselves they arent healing the rest of their team.

The thing is - in RvR in a warband every healer can see everyone who is hurting and heal. In a scenario - you only see the people in your group. So if the two healers end up in one group and none in the other - that group is in trouble. I think scenarios should run as a warband rather than seperate groups - then healers would be able to spread the healing around.

One scenario I did as a witchhunter - it was one full group - and me in a group of 1. So there was no healing to be had, even if I was in a fight near the healer.

I disagree they took anyone for a ride. Some basic research would have shown anyone interested what sort of game T.R is.

As a casual player - I played and enjoyed it from beta, through release to August this year.

On the station pass thing - Too many responsibilities, too little time, I get about 10 hours a week for gaming - which is enough to play one MMO - currently WAR. So for me there is no point in paying for 2 mmo's. But a station pass thingy from NCSoft I would buy - as I could then dabble occasionally in a number of games without having to pay the full fee very month.

And before you ask - I dont have Sony's station pass as I have no interest in any of their games.
