Merging wont help since its an universal problem across all the servers. On average Dest outnumber order by 1.5 to 1.
K Orrud is just one of the worse ones when it comes to balance, you still see a lot of people rolling dest there but no one rolls new order chars and those who are left have learned to not bother since we are outnumbered 2-3 to 1 in open RvR and even if we manage to defend a keep then destro just ninja it it back at 3 am.

If they nerf the rewards for scenerios, the world will feel much fuller. The problem isn't as much about server populations as much as it is about Order not doing RvR, but only doing scenerios and pve.
Can you blame order for not doing open RvR when you typically has to face 3 to 1 odds?
I did a travel trip through T1 to T3 of the dark elf and high elf zones on my home server Karad Orrud and there were more than 5 times as many dest players out in those zones than you saw in the order side.
Dest have every single keep in all tiers and every time some orders move out to try and take one they get attacked by a defending force 3 to 5 times their numbers.
So dont blame orders for keeping to scenarios which is the only place to have a fair fight.
This is one of those games where you have to play it for some time to really see how good it is.
In the begining its actually a bit boring and uninspired compared to the early lvls of other games but once you begin to get some lvls under your skin and begin to see the strong tactics there is involved in how to be successful the game becomes amazing.
Its the reverse of AoC. In AoC it starts great and then the game gradually become worse as you lvl, in WaR is starts boring and then gradually becomes better and better as you level.
Mythic is the masters of endgames in MMOs so I have great hope. (if they can find a solution of the population imbalance of course)

I stopped reading after something about 35+ enemies, only 6+ defenders and the enemies whiping.
ROFL. Yeah, I believe you. Did you count heads or did they do that for you?
I hate how much people lie about PvP when they're bad at it. The only way that first scenario played out the way you described is if your 6ish defenders were 10+ levels more than the highest person in the enemies' group.
Have fun digging yourself out of that whole.
He he you are the one that looks like a fool sorry. If you had tried it yourself you would know the truth of his story.
Its incredible easy to defend lordrooms in WaR. The other day we were 14 defenders against 60+ attackers and I have never seen so many die so fast except for the old PBAE bombs in DaoC before Walls stopped stopped AE damage.
This is a bit of a problem actually. Its SO easy to defend a keep that the only viable way to take one atm is to ninja it at early hours. This mean that realms who have a population that can be up at these hours will have a huge advantage in open RvR.

Ok thank you! My other stupid question is; is there any kind of auction house or bazaar where you can buy other players items? I would assume it's in the capitol but I haven't looked around much there.
You will find auction houses spread allover your capital city. In altdorf they are mostly placed inside inns.
