  • Have you ever dredged? There's plenty of live bottom-dwellers that can come up in that process. They're normally pretty ugly and it's a kindness if they never see the light of day, but they still qualify as both alive and dredgeable.

    I don't think Ozmo's analogy is accurate - the new owners have slapped a new name on it and also fixed a lot of problems - but a bunch of bug fixes don't add up to a new identity so it does come off looking a bit opportunistic.

    I think the name change was a good idea, but prematurely executed.

  • I never cease to be impressed by the simple but clever things that CoH delivers.

    Multiple builds and different rule-sets for pvp... if only they'd come up with that one four years ago, they might not have given themselves an rsi swinging the nerf bat every other week.

    And I like the sound of the levelling pact. I'm a fairly hard-core player myself, and being able to share some of that xp with friends who can't play so much is something I'd be into.

    Back when I was playing, this was definitely 100% accurate for Chaos. But it's probably based on the same sale/auction list on the login webpage. Have they stopped updating that?

    Dragon lairs not being part of plot reclamation came via a ticket response.

    You're claiming to have seen 15 unowned lairs?

    Across all three servers there is currently a grand total of 23 unowned lairs, and the majority of those (20) are on the test server.

    And re reclamation, I've just heard that dragon lairs won't be included in the upcoming long-promised reclamation, only biped plots. No ETA was offered for lair reclamations.
