    I agree with you too.   I had not seen much of Biden before tonight and found him to be sincere and likeable. 

    I still think Palin won :P

    I think both did what they wanted to do tonight. Biden didn't commit any major gaffs and Palin didn't implode and held her own. But Palin, like McCain, needed to really hit a homerun to not only shore up the damage she brought to the ticket in the last week or so but she also needed to repair some of that damage. I don't think she did, so I have to give Biden a narrow victory in this debate. Palin needs to seriously tone down the down-home cutsiness because she really is not projecting a Vice-Presidental image and more like she's running for vice-president of the local PTA..

    Yes, i know, I will argue the points on the republican party with anyone, but fishermage is just a troll. He has made it a point to engage in these personal attacks on my posts.  He usually quotes me 3 or 4 times refuting my points by calling me childish, immature telling me i dont know how to argue, and the new one, inchoherant. Never has he actually countered any of my arguements.

     

    Ive determined that this guy has no poltical insight of his own, and any substance he can add to a discussion is immediatly appearent.

     

    It was no surprise that he would make no effort to actual disprove the statements i made, carrying on the back and forth with him alone serves no purpose and i have no intention of continueing with him.

     

    What points have you made? When you say something coherent, I will gladly refute them. When you actually MAKE an argument, I'll counter it. When you resort to namecalling, well then, here we are again. It seems this is where you always end up.

     

    I called youa troll once, after you quoted my 3 times telling me i didnt know what i was talking about, read, learn grow and all of that.

    C4ligu14 is right DessertFoxx. He and those like him are stuck in their ideology and no amount of reason, shouting, insulting or jumpin' up and down is going to change their universe. You would get better and more immediate results if you just beat your head against the wall. Don't waste your breath, ruin your vocal cords shouting or trying to get the attention of those who are deaf, dumb and blind.

    Then why are you, he and C4ligu14 the ones who find you have to resort to namecalling and personal attacks?

    Oh don't be such a GD crybaby Fisher! If you can't handle peoples strong opinions then you have no business posting on this or any other forum. Stop being such a damn pansy! I've seen you get just as dirty with name calling as anyone else. You're no better than me or anyone else. You and your high road tactic is as lame as most of your arguments. Take some advice, go find your wife/girlfriend, go out have a drink or have a nice dinner and consider doing something a bit more constructive with your free time than being a pain in the arse on this forum!

    I'm not crying, I can certainly handle it; in fact, as always, I am amused by your ineptitude which requires calling your opponents names. I never call people names. I may call a person's ARGUMENT something, but I NEVER attack the person making the argument.

    I'm not being a pain in the arse, I am serving my fellow human beings by educating them and sharing information and ideas. I am also enjoying good internet conversation where I can find it. That is far more than you are doing.

    Do let me know however, whenever you want to actually discuss an issue the way adults do.

    You're wasting your time as well as mine. You don't  "educate" anyone. You preach. You don't "discuss". You regurgitate. You think more highly of yourself than others think of you. I have better, more productive and less stressful things to do.

    Fox is the most watched cable news service. A full third of them are fact checkers? Sure they are.

    I prefaced what I said at first with "IF TRUE" which means just what I said -- also, when dealing with a biased source, one CHECKS THE FACTS. Trashing the source is just as sleazy a tactic as the source himself and makes you no better.

    Did you listen to the interview or check out the radio station?

    If the story is BS, that'll come out after it is sifted through by people. I am as always, following the evidence where it leads, and not letting my emotions control me :)

    Fox may or may not be the best watched news service. That just proves there are a lot of gullible and lazy people watching. I have an inherit mistrust of any news agency that relies on sponsors or ratings in order to tell the news. Does it mean it's the most balanced as they advertise? Not really. Fox has a very tarnish rep as being very one sided in their reporting, more so than other corporate sponsored news services.
