I like LOTRO, and I like Turbine as a company but some of the bone head rules they implement achives nothing but Grief for the community. Some one wacks a mob first the mob, loot and the XP is thiers Why is that so complicated?

Sounds like Public Quests in WAR.
Not even close. Public Quest in War are Static Boring rinse and repeat deals....what I saw when I played the Alpha demo can only be described as some of the most dynamic mind blowing content I have ever seen.....I kept hearing "Those can't be NPC's they gotta be controlled" The only thing that was slightly irritating to me was there is so much going on in the streets that you have a hard time focusing, and I'm not talking about the same Mugging script over and over like CoH I'm talking about a living breathing city of NPC's. I think folks are going to be blown away, and I think SOE needs to add this AI to thier other games and fast.
You know the way Blizzard is being forced to Homogenize WoW, and Battle.net by Activision, I would think that folks would be complaining more about that than the so called maturity level of the WoW community. Recently we have been shown that anything remotely off color that is posted on the WoW official forums will buy you a two week in game ban, and Blizzard has all but said that Battle.net will be a paid for service with the launching of SC2 to better moderate and provide a safe environment for everyone. Whats Next? Will we have speed chat just like in toon town so Junior can not hear the naughty words?
Frankly I miss the old Blizzard..but I am probably in the minority.

Plus, I do not think that Bliz would perma ban someone just because that someone is stupid (or young) enough to go over the warning limit with his trolling posts. I think they ban for 3 days for stuff like that. Which is reasonable IMO. They perma ban hackers, cheaters, goldsellers and anyone who blatantly disregards the rules and the warnings and negatively affect other people's gameplay.
I would not want to play in a group or even on the same server with goldfarmers, hackers, spammers or people who disrespect others.
Well like I said..it isn't perma ...it's two weeks, I could see a three day or even a week, but two? I just don't think the punishment fits the crime.

Unfortunately, i believe that warning comes in the form of the EULA/TOS you scroll down and click agree to anytime they do a new patch. Who reads it? I know i don't, but thats the defense Blizzard has.
I know...it kind of puts us in a bind though as we are really healer light right now, and had several runs planned. I also have other guildies saying we so do somthing as well because what they did has really hurt the entire guild
So any Guild Leaders out there Question in this situation do you take action against the players as well? Considering their vital role in upcoming Raids or do you just regroup and move on?
Which console would you like to see MMOs released for?
